Rara Skin orders are covered by Amazon's standard return window — typically 30 days from the date of delivery. Check your Amazon order details for the exact return-by date, which can vary during promotional events.

How to start a return

1. Sign in to your Amazon account and open Your Orders.
2. Find your Rara Skin order and choose Return or replace items.
3. Pick a reason, then follow Amazon's on-screen instructions to print a return label or drop off at an eligible location.
4. Once Amazon receives the item, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Condition of returned items

For hygiene reasons, please return the product in its original packaging where possible. Amazon evaluates the item's condition on receipt and adjusts the refund accordingly, following their standard policy.

Damaged or wrong item?
